Good morning all! Hope you had a nice rest (other than Jeremy).
J- Way to kick ass! What bootcamp are you doing? I’m usually not a big group exercise person, but I really loved taking that core class on Sunday with friends—they were the inspiration I needed to get off my ass and show up!
I’m still thinking of asking my friend to develop some sort of training for me/us if we can find a good, central place to meet. Does anyone have a particular day of the week/time that would work best? My preference is day/morning during the week, although I know that would leave most of you out. Maybe a weekend workshop? Evenings aren’t going to work for me, but I’d be happy to talk to her about offering two classes—I’m sure she’d be interested.
So… today started out pretty well, although I’m a little behind on work. Had a good breakfast. Thanks to Cathy I’m totally addicted to Laughing Cow lite cheese—YUM! Here’s what I made for breakfast this morning if anyone wants to try it. You could have two tacos and still be under 350 calories. It would also make a good afternoon snack.
1 Kangroo Whole Grain Sandwich Pocket
3 Egg whites scrambled with non-stick spray
1 Wedge of Laughing Cow Original Swiss Light
Spread cheese inside pita, insert eggs. That’s all! Very satisfying. The cheese has less fat than egg yolks, yet gives the taco a creamy, rich taste.

Well, if I’m going to get anything done today I’d better get going. I’ve started a goal-setting/accountability group called “Weenie’s Warriors” that meets every other Tuesday 10:30-12:30 at Whole Foods downtown if anyone would like to join us. We meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.
Have a great day!
